Agile consulting can mean a million things to a million different people (though there likely isn’t a million people who know about Agile). Nonetheless, it’s important to clarify terms and outline specifically what we offer. When we talk about “Agile” we’re referring to a project management system based on iterative releases instead of long winded projects. Years of freelance experience has shown that it’s important to launch an MVP sooner than you think you should. It helps protect budget, forces us to break down features (and thus define them), and reduces risk. 

In our engagements with agencies and product teams a big part of what we do is assess what’s working, what isn’t working, and how we can use Agile principles to fix the issues. We focus on building a culture that has habituated Agile methodologies versus implementing a million different process changes that are poorly adopted. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to Agile or have been working as an Agile team for years. 


White Label Project Management

Beyond Agile consulting we also work directly with scrum teams to manage products and / or build out existing teams. This could include everything from defining requirements, conducting Agile ceremonies, working with clients and managing budgets. Put another way, we provide white label project and product management services.
