I work with a small group of independent contractors who are each experts in their disciplines and you get direct access to that team. Unlike at a traditional agency, where markups can be 3x, you pay the contractor rate directly with no markups.
Building Software For Real Businesses
All good custom software development projects don’t start with software. Instead, they start with the business, product, and team. Solving the technical problem isn’t enough, that’s why our focus is on solving technical problems in their proper context of budgets and timelines. Put another way, we build custom applications for businesses not ones that exist in a vacuum. Too many software projects fail because business requirements aren't probably understood by technical teams. We solve for this by putting down the keyboard and picking up the pen before starting any project and making sure the UX/UI and all feature requirements are clearly documented before any code is put to keyboard.
The Technology
We leverage the power of Laravel as a PHP framework to kickstart our software projects and help eliminate repetitive tasks (redundant tasks hurt our morale and your budget). In addition, the Laravel framework is bolstered by a plethora of packages and libraries created by the community that can kickstart development without having to create everything from scratch. This translates to a significant reduction in development time. Some of the other tools we like to use: Vue.js, JIRA, and Figma

I successfully integrated AutoQuotes with Netsuite, which provided access to 100,000+ SKUs, which otherwise would not have been available. The frontend was redesigned to optimize user experience and navigation through hundreds of product categories. Finally, I updated native Netsuite fields with a custom configuration to allow us to offload data to Dropbox.
